Our History

Country Glass was founded by Michael Tucker on May 1, 1980. At the time, he had nine years of proven glass industry experience, including six in a management capacity.

When Michael started his business, he had a vision...to build his future company on superior service. He found his niche. Country Glass has had five different locations since first opening its doors 26 years ago, all in Hudson . With each move has come improved visibility, added space and increased efficiencies. We have been in our current location since 1991.

Country Glass is rooted in servicing the homeowner and we continue to surpass our customers’ expectations. As well, we have grown to meet the demands of the new commercial construction market and the trend to rehab existing commercial properties.

Our company motto has always been “For the Best in Glass and Service.” We believe this still holds true… a quarter of a century later.
